The LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that any activity related to the possession, consumption, cultivation, production, or distribution of illegal drugs or regulated substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.

The LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that subletting all or part of the property is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the LESSOR.
