The LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes, but is not limited to, tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance that is smoked or vaped. In the event of a breach of this condition, the LESSEE shall be responsible for all costs related to cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring the property to its original condition.
The LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that any activity related to the possession, consumption, cultivation, production, or distribution of illegal drugs or regulated substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. In the event of a breach of this condition, the LESSEE shall be responsible for all costs related to cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring the property to its original condition.
The LESSEE agrees to return the premises in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Any damages, including holes in the walls, must be properly repaired and restored by the LESSEE prior to vacating the premises.
The LESSEE must submit the following documents for consideration: a current proof of employment, a recent reference, and a complete pre-rental report from TRUSTII. Upon receipt of all required documents, the LESSOR shall have a maximum of two (2) days to review and approve the application. If approval is not granted within this period, the offer will be deemed null and void.
