The LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that subletting all or part of the property is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the LESSOR.
The LESSEE agrees to return the premises in the same condition as at the time of possession, subject to normal wear and tear. Any damage, including holes in the walls, must be properly repaired and restored by the LESSEE prior to vacating the premises.
The LESSEE must submit the following documents for consideration: a current proof of employment, a consent reference, and a complete pre-rental report from TRUSTII. Upon receipt of all required documents, the LESSOR will have a maximum of two (2) days to review and approve the application. If approval is not granted within that period, the application will be considered null and void.
The Promise to Lease is conditional upon a virtual meeting between the LESSOR and the prospective LESSEE, to the full satisfaction of the LESSOR. If the LESSOR is not satisfied following the virtual meeting, the Promise to Lease shall become null and void.
